I just wanted you to know
So please listen before I have to go
That when I'm having a bad day
Those days when the clouds chase the sun away
Sadly you know exactly what I mean
When there's not even the thought of light to be seen
Times when I fall to my knees and fight to get to my feet
Those are the days I'm glad we had the chance to meet
Sometimes I spend a night just drinking in a bar
It just isn't enough but there hasn't been a hardtime so far
That I don't start feeling better by talking with you
Without you I might have never found the strength
to not have left my heart in two
I just wanted you to know this
That when I think of who I most miss
Your smiles is the first thing that comes to mind
And I just wanted you to know that if I could search the heavens you'
d be the only angel I could find
