To Whom I Have Not Long Written (Free verse) by MacFrantic Can't you see inside of me?
Though lacking certain scrutinies?
Like those that come from luxury,
Or all oustanding felonies.
For long I write of that which writing
Makes it seem much more inviting.
But it all shall seem unwell,
When realization hits and swells,
That everything long everlasting
Has no burden like lives constrasting.
