The Joynt (Free verse) by durr_T_hip_E
He woke up with an empty pillow and wonderbugs biting; welted skins slip in to drink on happy hour always forgives the day's mistakes; waving a five spot for a fresh one. He tips well foam always licking down the sides; he always gets perfect head and an extra glass for extra friends who never get carded anymore of these broken days dawn on this downed head -a glass breaks the ground sweats hops shelled nuts dry it up and cracked floorboards crumble bad attitudes loudly quietly wanting for skinny hippie chix- world rotating round wasabi peas hot cardboard snacks smacking tongues purpose- -fully given to drink the night away, waking up on headaches and Molly (she said she liked the dopplebock and broken wings) she woke up and left his abode before his daybreak beeped beeped beeped alarm.
