Homecoming Parade (Lyric) by wilco
I stopped smoking yesterday just for a change. The only problem is the fire went out years ago. I stopped breathing yesterday just for a change. The only problem is the air went stale years ago. And all the people stood in line without a thought of passing time. They moved along so orderly with the procession that they made But this is not a homecoming parade. I quit my day job yesterday It’s such a waste. The only problem is I was fired days ago. I quit my life today It’s such a waste. The only problem is I quit living years ago. And all the people stood in line without a thought of passing time. They waited there so patiently with the confessions that they made But this is not a homecoming parade. homecoming parade homecoming parade homecoming parade (fade out)
