Missing Grand Miss. (Other) by timtonio
A place where two days time is five years of livin Head'n out from shore I lay back and do my fish'n Boats ropin up, Merriton Ferry all day been a sittin Straw Cap up, clothes damp and left a drippin Mighty big Miss always runs down but never goes dry Mighty big Miss never rows up but always stops by Mighty big Miss I ain't never gonna leave..well at least till I up and die. A "go go" world where work consumes. To spend a dime I need to work for two. For the unchosen masses stress is always assumed. All of our days we vie to be one of the elitist few. Grand Mississippi, you always run down but you never run dry. Grand Mississippi, you never row up, yet you always stop by. Grand Mississippi, Oh, how I wish I were back looking up at that clear blue sky.
