Testament (Free verse) by PawnedTidal
I've nothing to leave Save these words. To continue like this Would be so absurd. It isn't your fault-- Only my own. I'm no longer able To call this life 'Home.' I longed for a gentle voice, Or a calming hand. Unheard and unfelt-- There was no one to understand. My cries for help Went unanswered; unappreciated. Loneliness was underscored, And unhappiness unabated.

Up the ladder: birds
Down the ladder: Senses of Time

I can tell that you write with emotions, as I do. I feel you on this one.
