A Walk Along The Lonely Shore (Free verse) by Sam
A walk along the lonely shore With thousands words running through my mind The heart fell silent as though abhorred In search of happiness that it could not find The glimmer of the moon reflects the sea A tranquil moment of a strained ambiguity Would the night be a friend or a foe? Would it calm down or would just explode The dream clenched fast in a vision of the light With a hand held in the stillness of this night, But now the dawn reverb all but an eerie sound Of the heartbeat all about to get confound. It echoed in silence the uncertain words One that could torment a battered soul. Dreamer dream on; dreamer dream no more Lover love as much; Lover learn to let go.

Up the ladder: Goodbye
Down the ladder: This, my love is for you

With thousands words
the moon reflects the sea (?)
Would it calm down or would just explode

that stuff is, ah - ungood.
