Goodbye Grampa "K" (Other) by mindsigns
The wind blows; I feel it in my bones And for a moment, I knew I was home One more smile could last me for a while Frozen there, the crowds came to care It's too quiet, still I hear the love One by one marching like the drum Farewell, farewell and hope that all is well Said all the town, gathering around. God Bless you, a long long time And a final kiss, I can wait for mine Heading away, leaving you to stay It's almost noon and I still love you.

Up the ladder: vampirism extrapolated
Down the ladder: This road goes on forever
