Listen closely to the melody.
The love, the pain, the agony.

Can you hear it saying "I love you"?
It's the beating of my heart you see,
It's beating now because it's free.
Thanks to you it beats again.
Soft and gentle like the wind.

A lot of cliches though such as my heart is free (has it been let out of your rib cage?)
Also hearts do not have melodies they have beats.
