Grandma's lullaby (Free verse) by timvick473662003
My Grandmother is dying She lies in a hospital bed Drugged, and half dead I visit her, and I start crying Death has a hold on her A grip that never ceases I have love, that never decreases He rides in, driven by a chauffeur My life was good until last week My life was great until I had to meet Face to face with the one who I fear Death my friend, Death is near

Up the ladder: Absolute Pants
Down the ladder: In my palm
