A Good Stretch (Free verse) by kingit
In the most unfathomable fashion the Luck had occasioned me not unlike It ever had before... ambushing me like reptile on rodent sudden surprise! but- I was one happy rat strange kindness, but then, all kindness is... Power was smiling on me a momentary parting of the clouds if only to force acknowledgement of a sun ..& I thought I hated It! She was delicious I bathed in her warm blood elation! alas! then as oddly as she came... she squeezed- into a memory.

Up the ladder: ummm
Down the ladder: My Angel

I like it lots - but I struggle for meaning - a sexual encounter?

This thing you do with the line spaces and break... works. A pleasant, inviting cadence.
