Marrowless highway (Free verse) by INTRANSIT
Witness the hearse driver, bright carachters, blocked by the burgeoning sable seasons. Busy love-making the she-car while wishing for the rest of this hemi-life, this 50/50 mixture that no longer works and is corroding the free flowing core. Watch the mercury rise. The full wide open throttle position will never be seen . Escape, the out of reach need, repressed by systematic crossfire, a voyager on someone elses' trip. Red and blue lights of the ambulance will never flash for her. Nor for the hearse driver.

Up the ladder: The Carpenters Cross
Down the ladder: Kiss Me

A souped up hemi hearse? Sweet. I know where there's a '48 pontiac silverstreak hearse just begging to be restored{Not to change the subject}

WAHOOOO!!! A feller motor-head. Good deal!!

Um, that's not what this poem is about. A hearse that can carry the fronts is always a good idea though. ANY thing that can carry the fronts. Does that ponti have the 90-V8?

Straight 8, you aught to see my junkyard, all oldies. We have a 64 Buick Riviera All orig. with the 425, they called it the 465 wildcat. A 64 pont. Grand Prix (4 Spd), etc..... A motorhead dream!

You'd be surprized, The buick would go for 3 G, It would take me 30 minutes to get it running, but it would probably need to be re-sealed, time has a way with everything.

I get it - CARachters; a coinage!

a blown radiator - is one car heaped onto another?

car clues: [mercury] sable, [plymouth] voyager, [i forgot, honda?] Escape? hemi as partial - cute.

here are some car cues of mine:
16G,1G BOV,2600ACT,AFC,MSD - is that enough to guess what it is?

Based on my limited knowledge of the new "tuner" genre, The 2600 is probably cc's. There's a turbo size in there, and MSD HAS to be ignition. Oh, and you missed (vibe). How'd I do?

some aftermarket company logos too.

OH! the Vibe, damn - good one. And Crossfire too (I missed that the first time) - wait - where is the vibe?

ACT2600 is the clutch. And yep on the MSD (MSD DIS-2). And here's another for you (install to finish this weekend, hopefully) ZEX... ;O)

AWWWWW NUTS! The vibe was in the first few drafts. Front drive or rear? Can't find ZEX in my quickly aging tuner mags, though it rings a faint bell. I otter be wrenchin' on top fuelers or something but I screwed up by leaving U.T.I. long ago. weeping.

Wow!! That's indeed one of the most unique poems I've read in any of the poetry sites. Not flawless definitely, but better than most stuff.
