i waited for your hands to cool. my blistered skin was clenching in, recoiling from your sudden touch. your passion burns my face too much. so waiting for your eyes to shut, my own lids lifted clocks were clicking. sandy from your beach-bleached stare, your gaze has scratched an image there.
