Cow Do (Ode) by http://David Bowman
Here I sit alone in the grass, watching the world and people as they pass. Adults taking their dogs for a walk, Children running and playing, god how they can talk. So many people dont understand me, a big pile of pooh is all that they see. But I am a cow pat, there's more to me than that. I am what comes out when a cow feel's fat! To flies I am a tempting and tasty snack, And, to plants I'm manure that comes in a sack. So you see I'm not just pooh laying on the ground, And, if you dont look carefully, you might hear a 'squelch' sound!!

Down the ladder: liberation

I like the way you used "pooh" instead of "poo" to make it seem less naughty.
