Dying in the Moonlight (Free verse) by leviathan
So long as I fail to leave a shadow beneath the nighttime moon I will run forever As long as the calls I send out disappear into the night I will be alone forever Bloody rain angry air screaming forth from a moonlit sky Frozen tears chilling air screaming for light within which to die Death by indulgence the final fate stored between a moon and the stars a thorn endured to experience how beautiful you are Insanity from alleigence the residue of loving something outside of me a fate incurred for being nothing more than me The sun dies forever finding nothing left to see.

good poem.

some people don't like arbitrary indents and carriage returns but I think it keeps you on your toes.
