Yeah ha ha ha HA HA HA! HAAAAAAAAAAAA, what am I laughing at again? Oh yeah, why you think this is funny, GHaaaaaaaaa! Heeb.
It's funny because:
1. It's an absurd thing to boast about. 2. The title of this poem was false until it was submitted, at which time it became true. That isn't so amazing, because many self-referential poems could do it, but this one does it a) indirectly b) through a contingent feature of the site. 3. It sounds like it's by Settle.
In response to 1) no not really, there are many that boast about much less more absurd things. 2) Sure in a sort of preschool way, but who cares, we do it ten times better with moving layers. 3) of course. lol
