The consistency of frailty (Free verse) by INTRANSIT
I am the guerney that wheels expectant mothers to the delivery room, and the frame under cloth and plastic that protects the child. And I am the crossbar that changes the wheel and keeps you on schedule. And I am the structure that holds persons high and shields against the elements. And I am the beam that spans great widths and reaches lands. And I am the vessel of oversized hearts and braun. Bitter cold has made me brittle and I am fearful of myself. Proverbs 27:17

Up the ladder: Things I Will Never Do
Down the ladder: Untouchable

Dear Poetsettle,

What exactly, is the point of poetry?
As I have yet to find a point to anything.

I believe that the true point is just where the pen meets the paper, but I could be wrong.

You may be right, my friend.

If it weren't for your comment I'd probably pull and shred this.
Thanks bro.

Proverbs? I'd look that up, but I don't think I have a bible around here. It might give me some insight to this one.
(strange that I don't have a bible, though I HAVE read the entire bible from cover to cover, years ago...)
