guilt destroyed so many smiles shame took my hope manic silliness hid bitter rage stuck by sharp cruel abuse feel unlovable and dirty no more forget denial confront problems keep quiet,no more learn the freedom of letting go cry,no more hurt ,no more avoid,no more damage does heal,I found peace I hurt no more love fills the void and I hurt no more.
