Mirrored Immage (Free verse) by poetofthestar
I see a face in the looking glass It mirrors my every move It looks like someone that I know But I can not tell who Her eyes are sunken in Her smile is never there She has an aura of sadness about her Like she is drowning in dispair Pictures of her line the walls Show her smiling with hope in life But when I see her there She's dying from pain and strife She all ways tries to help others Live life without pain As she suffers in silence She lives her life in vain

Up the ladder: the ones that got away
Down the ladder: alone in winter

I just want to hug you after reading this, and make you eat, it sounds like a trying to save the world anorexic girls story...
sunken eyes and dying in vain... but I give it an 8
*hug*
