Artistry in Motion (Free verse) by babyBOOMER
July 13, 2002 ~ Artistry in Motion ~ The Revelations of Love Move Me So Deeply Where Before Me Had Once Passed Darkness Where the Road Had Not Been a Dead End But No End at All One Which to Discover That We must Often Travel I Had Been So Touched With Beauty and Love Drooping from Body Like Pretty Spanish Moss Lightly Dangling from Cypress ~ The Flowers of Winter Awoke My Sleeping Cries And Widely Opened Morning Skies Motion Sickness Such Artistry Music Bellowing and Filling My Ears Forever and Evermore Was Joyous Errand But Sold My Reputation for Song Then Came Summer With Rose in Hand Leaves of Life and Rose Fell One by One ~ With My Hands I Wrought Things of Beauty But Within My Life the Harvest Falls Bury Me along the Roadside So I May Watch Other Lives Pass by Where Helpless Creatures May Stop to Rest Love Unkindled Had Been a Special Test Pure Gold Could Not Change a Way The Debt Will Always Lie in Weary Heart So Painful to Watch a Mockery of Love The Best in Some Become Distorted Where the Potential Once Had Been Was but Artistry of a Blind Battle Some Are Left to Endure A Life That Was Made Especially for Them ~ Thom
