Sandpaper (Free verse) by DevilTmptrss Licking at my inner ear,
no longer can I stand it;
Sandpaper.
Harsh words I'm forced to hear.
Yelling,
volume increases,
I scream,
they shout,
we fight.
Help.
Why?
No more.
It flows in jagged fashion,
and strikes relentlessly.
Quintessence of evil
inside my hollow home
eating away at sanity
as I cry for one more breath.
