A Puzzling Girl (Free verse) by Imperfections
All figured out. Sunday paper crossword puzzle. My gestures are clues, you're filling in the space between the lines I never said with your assumptions and my lies. But you were arrogant and wrong and filled the boxes in with ink, and now you're frustrated and trapped when you can't erase what you used to think.

Up the ladder: A hard life
Down the ladder: The Fire Giver
