ode to horus (Limerick) by daniella
there once was a boy named horus who spent countless innumerable hours spewing hot stew, all mixed with brew til a slice of his tongue brought remorse.

Up the ladder: a hero jfk
Down the ladder: Life

Horus is a goof and a poem will not change that.

i do not. mind you. the thing is. i was an idiot to give them the weapons to destroy me with, but i'm a sucker for people with great minds and talent. if they want to low ball me with something as trite as biceps and haircuts, of course i'm going to be pissed. i happen to be more committed to what i've achieved without brawn, to what i've achieved with it...i can't help it if this world revolves around britney's tits, and not her jewish song writer's mind. i'm working against that too, and i don't enjoy being condemned for it, nor does my best friend and co-songwriter.

twas all in jest my longwinded blowfish out the hole of existential wit to which all of us succumb soon if not later....
