Accuser (Free verse) by Limness
you who stare at the way my eyes meet his you will never touch it never come between or stop it up with your desire for silent accession you who plot and scheme and point at me you will never taint this with your condescension or your rules i have felt the flames of ages passed in burnt-fleshed sisters, thinking 'i did not' and strung-up brothers who stood by and would not bend to your free hands and free time and loosed tongues and furled-tight minds imagined free of crime and stain well, here's a stone for you to throw at me and the man i know aim it well aim it true aim it at me...

Up the ladder: casting couch
Down the ladder: Woman as Wing
