Ghostdancing (Free verse) by ifni in turning,
I am turned by you;
in changing,
I am shaped by you;
when seeing,
I am seen by you;
when dancing,
I dance by you,
and
through you,
and into you-
when dancing is the shape of things-to-
come
and I am blind without the music,
will you still take me by the
hand,
shape me by intent,
free me to dance upon the winds?
I am
faceless without you-
ghost-dancing.

Ghost dance makes me think of American Indians, and I think a spiritual movement that was supposed to drive the European settlers out. Interesting that the structure between the 2 stanzas is different. Not sure this works for me, but at least it doesn't appear haphazard. Like the 2nd stanza better than the first.
Good imagery, very evocative-"ghost-dancing"
