Judgment (Free verse) by Brennan
Great be the sins of fellow man Where harm engulfed no trouble found For peaceful air, found everywhere Holds nature's laws of judgment bound They need not proof in tongue nor stone For lessons there have always been Entwined in minds of young and old Where roots of morals lie within So comes to conscience, inner voice Who clearly speaks, though tone is frail And to the few that hear its call Your own free will can tip the scale So many hold the fate of few So many tears may fall in turn For as the guilty slip away The innocent are left to burn The wind speaks not of right or wrong The water's silence holds as well But in the troubles yet to come The human heart has yet to tell

Up the ladder: Different Keys
Down the ladder: Good Love
