Disengage (Free verse) by PoetryIsDead
I momentarily disengage from the struggle of being. Shrink to an atom and crawl inside myself. Don my cape and dissect with super vision, making note of shape and form. Deconstructing and putting back together things that are broken. Adding subtle touches to the me that could be prettier. Dancing the curves, retracing lines, I find the elegance of myself and I am fascinated. I smile, and bask in my own glory. I smile, and engage once more.

Up the ladder: Horus, Thy Eye.

This is a lovely poem. I think you should post it at another website I sometimes go to: http://poetryaddicts.pcriot.com/forum/ - it would be much loved there as indeed would you.....
