Harmony (Free verse) by MacFrantic
What's this now? Do you expect a foray into kindness? What wishing well fever Can't believe you yet Something beckons like Unsaid psalms in rain's unrest I'll play Forever bleeder Necromancer renowned Half could be in twice what you are And I'd never forget it Simple spends thick rhymes To simple ends Frailty is a long wind With short breaths And open spaces Music is destroyer Is rash and rancid rail Is all but the pail Some timid nexus in the hurricane's wail Harmony is forgiveness But silence the veil Where are you? Who's your name? And right's the brain I've fallen altogether blind With the majestic mind And fellow's forever Heather Breaks to east retreat Like cock-eyed angels In the sport of Spring

Up the ladder: Obsession
Down the ladder: Smoke Me

I'd drop the first two lines. And both -is- in s-4.

Love the sport of spring.
