A Friend in the Night (Haiku) by Joi
Drippings of rain drops falling silently on leaves calm breezes blowing Whispering winds The echo of singing birds on a dark mountain The cool sensation Sitting peacefully next to fresh mountain waters Leaves that fall off trees passes on down the cool stream Clear rocks it runs over Coolness of the night sounds in the darkness, bright moon Shines down on a deer. A Friend in the night

Up the ladder: We shall sleep
Down the ladder: Last Night
