cival (Free verse) by dylansong
Today is like no other storm clouds all around a form of hell on earth one great nation dividing into two no red sea splitting the earth shatters cannon balls fly brothers games gone too far valleys not failed with song only the sound of horror no place for dreams to hide no rain falling only blood splattered no bells of freedom heard a mothers cry a fathers anger generations all but gone all families split no voice of reason insanity is speaking everyday a waking night mare is it real or is it fake if so please wake me there are no rivers just tears of the lost no voices of peace is it the past or is it today what has changed the ghost of yesterday rising from the hatred all love lost what's the difference between now and then time standing still walking the field of the dead ghost of the past jumping out there voices still in pain the poison of today, same poison of yesterday no cure for the dead

Down the ladder: missing u

A little indelicate in parts but not bad.
