Silence encloses around me and peace fills my mind. Ocean waves pound against the shore. The moon looks down on every grain of sand and shadows darken the ground. A cool breeze blows pushing stress aside. Relaxations fills my veins and no worries fills my mind. Peace invades the spaces in my head and I fall into the calmness of the night.
