The Emptiness Of My Soul (Free verse) by edgar-allen-poe-rox
I have no feelings, like I had before
They donât exist, not anymore.
Theyâve been killed, kind of⦠washed away,
Without my feelings, life is gray.
I wish my life was over, at its end
For myself, I can not fend.
Iâm basically dead it seems to me,
Put me out of my misery.
Iâm wounded and Iâm bleeding out,
I sit on the ground, and quietly pout.
Iâm losing blood at an alarming rate,
I think I might die, this is great.
Iâm forever without a loving mate,
To die alone, it is my fateâ¦
