but these certain ones are like you, I see them once a year so of course I will pay to go not going to every little event it's so not fair I have to keep visiting you

No apostrophes in the title. Anywhere. Correct would be "dictates of whose travel agency". Want to call me anal? Go ahead. At least I'm not illiterate, and anal people still get laid, apparently.

Travel agencies don't dictate; they sell. Doesn't matter, I don't see what you're talking about anyway.

i wonder how many people miss the point of this. conversational tone, stripped to the bone. in its own way, this works.
