Up Close at a Distance (Free verse) by Bankrupt_Word_Clerk
Does she know how my heart pounds when I see her far down the path the sway of her hips giving her away before I even see her face a toss of her hair, she looks at the trees I know it's her, I feel it in my throat I feel her glowing from a distance radiant~pressing~dissonant~infinite Frisbee and a smile float my way Your groove explodes across my Vision blurring with each quick flick Of a wrist trained to fling the disc Your lithe grace catches in my throat You move with subtle ease. Style Is your native tongue. The smile I keep just for You is out, and in use. I feel trust...distress...flames...and peace.

Up the ladder: Light in the Darkness
Down the ladder: The Raw Vegan Potluck

I like the mixture of emotions and the overiding passion. The ~ 's in ther first verse are a nice touch. Wish you'd used them in the second.

I feel uncomfortably voyeuristic here, but I guess at least you've achieved your purpose. That's a good thing.
