Disturbances of air (Free verse) by ingwa
I wonder through the bush Stifling heat makes me drip Slight breeze in the air Cools my brow, chills my skin It blows and strokes my cheek Knows the places it must seek The coolness calms I am meek The pores on my body stop their leak Erodes mountains, bald and great Moves the earth this way and that Lifts the birds, pushes their wings Carries the sounds from afar The wind has a mind of its own Comes and goes as it chooses Currents rise and fall, blow and sway A great creation from the Mother herself

Up the ladder: We shall sleep
Down the ladder: Deja vu
