Enough (Free verse) by christic1978
This isn't my laugh, my clothes, my home. My style, my hair, I've changed, I'm blown! I've been searching for love and affection from someone who only knows rejection How do I get back to where I used to be so uniquely me and secure? How can I leave. Where can i find a cure for this temporary insanity? No one from my previous life recognizes me. Is this really love I feel? Or is this some whole I'm trying to fill? He breaks me down to build himself up. I'm aware of the problem, but when is enough enough?
