Back Off (Free verse) by erin35
Back off, don't pull on me... don't tug or paw or hang on me. I am flesh, blood underneath I feel each pinch and twist. Back off, do not crowd me... don't box or squeeze or squish me. I am Spirit, my soul within. I fly in open air. Back off, don't rush me... do not push or cajole me. I am quiet, peace unmoved. I thrive in solitude.

This one just feels kind of stilted, for lack of a better word. Maybe choppy, no. well, I ramble. Perhaps just a bit smoother? Or... maybe it's just me, what the hell do I know.
