B.L.C. LONG GONE (Free verse) by jroday
We all have memories of that special someone that our mind finds when we were all alone. When in my mind. The eternal sands of time flow, and the gentle breeze blow away. The haze hides the haunting memories of days long gone. My wondrous eyes gaze, and frantically search the maze seeking solace, blessed peace, and much needed mental release from a desolate, damning existence. Rife with insistance resistance to the truth. It's in that secret place that cherished space, that I find you still waiting patiently to hold and enfold me,In your gentle, sweet embrace. A love that sings as softly as whispering seashells, and spins fantastic fairy tales, waiting to recreate, inundate, and satiate. My yearning to recreate, aching mind we entwine, and bind, like vines bodies dancing and romancing trapped in sweet rapture. We capture that minute, that moment, that Eden, we call our own,and all you asked for was my smile and my love. In my memory of days long gone, as we move together in paradise that we call our own.

Up the ladder: Resume
Down the ladder: CAUTION: VAMPIRE ZONE...
