Mrs. Jones (Free verse) by amb12203
Goodnight Mrs. Levander Jones Don't you tell your man you miss him so; but ask him why he had to go. Pounding out the beat upon time's distant drum. You done let the music play too long; And now you can't escape the song. When it comes to life you let it pass you by. Strumming chords of long lost misery, to justify your sanity. If you can't take the heat you best get out of the sun. Can't remember how to use your feet- and you don't where to run. Goodnight Mrs. Levander Jones Don't you tell your man you miss him so; but ask him why he had to go.

Up the ladder: Sense of Peace
Down the ladder: Terror Too Tranquil

This sings a sad song, sung by many unheard voices. Too bad for all the Jones', Mr's and Mrs' alike
