Is She Worth It? (Free verse) by chevihemi
Lexi hogs the bed pushing and shoving Lexi is such a pain in the morning Lexi wildly scampers about She keeps me incredibly warm Lexi breathes heavy keeping me awake Lexi sometimes slobbers all over Lexi only thinks about herself She is always chased by happiness Lexi needs constant attention Lexi always wants food Lexi uses me for everything She is the cutest and most lovable girl I know Lexi your bark is worse than your bite Lexi runs around on all fours Lexi has giant elephant ears She has a smile that lights a room at half mast Lexi scratches up the floor Lexi runs away from home Lexi brings home stray friends She is my one and only favorite pooch!

Up the ladder: Vesper Song
Down the ladder: Well enough, first verse.
