Father I have always loved my father I really wished I had told him so For now he has passed away I guess he will never know I wanted him to be proud of me I wanted him to see me do so well Sometimes I really messed things up I put myself through hell God only knows I miss him God only knows I care I still keep walking into his house In the hope he might be there But someday I know we will meet again And I know just what I will do I will hold him very tightly And say father I love you John F.
