hauntingly sad beauty of death (Free verse) by Prince of Void
As I said that I began to cry Crooning verses after verses Now they are being written down By last tears have left for eyes of a dead poet What fury of history in my tears lies? Why they became the break of war in doomed horizon Soon it will dawn in mislead battle And may my face will be burnt It will make me faceless in helpless world The world seems just like a silent witness Watching as I’m going to die With thousands and thousands soldiers Moving from far happiness to madding emptiness Let me pray for them. In the century of misery Let me pray to die In death’s sanctuary Here I can smell hell And glooming colors of twilight Seeming as hauntingly sad beauty of death It’s concealing the sorrow behind the mask The masks of ghost’s masked ball You don’t know where I am standing In the future or it has been already past Any way it’s part of us Any way to compose the melody of sorrow Any way to be in the infinity of sadness That is among the arms of dead soldiers

Some good thoughts here, but the title gives you away. I'd rather see a title that only hints. And some grammar glytches make it choppy.
