treasured chance
don't snatch my dreams away
so
casually,
with a turn of your head
and that cruel twist
of your lips-
so inevitable
expectable
predictable
so gently malicious
so
sweetly vicious
what else could you do?
everything I know of love

learned
from the cruel twist
of your lips.
