9/11 Fareinheit Missed (Free verse) by peaceseeker
Ben & Jerry's on night steps Isabelle on her bike, helmet on walked flying down Free Street but did not make it in time walking home, negative energy swooped me in the form of five unhappy cackling women and the abuser straight ahead coasting down Free Street towards me on his brother's bike refused to let me ride on it so I asked, "Why did I see you?" and he answered, "It's magic." inverted to my forehead's intuition and my joy spoke for me, "Shut up." and he asked, "Shut up?" and that was all there was in me shut up over and over until it was all over for the night. hot as the sold-out theater home was so hot and new free now and feeling poetic.

Up the ladder: dc

This poem is irreproachable in regards to it's softness
and somewhat unhindered intellection of innocence.
I like the feeling behind your words, finespun, yet basic and graceful.
Polish it up just a half a hair and it would be a 10 and a half.
Either or well done.
