I am Darkness (Free verse) by Dreamer
I cast a shadow over light. I echo through the cold night. I breath across valleys and plains. I hold the howling wind and torrential rain. I open a realm for shivering fear. I whisper spine chilling words in your ears. I awaken the spirits of the dead. I prey inside your head. All ends of the earth cannot stop me. For once the hour is struck, light is swept away, while darkness roams the earth. I fear only the cock's crow. For it calls my sworn enemy. As the first glimpse of dawn lays, I hide from the light's fatal rays.

Does darkness really echo? Shirvering fear, chilling words in ear. How can it be fatal. It s always dark somewhere. Should be a poem about moving on. But this just sucks.
