Thank you for your honest words, I must admit that the prose parts were intended, I was trying to blend prose and poetic items into one. I wasn't sure if I had achieved it though.

thank you all for the comments, as always for me these writings are "work in progress", but wanted to see what others thought of them so far. I have to say that I'm from the UK so some of the spellings may be slightly different from US. I feel that a couple of the spellings and syntax you have pointed out are in fact correct.

Lol ..thats actually quite funny. British spelling is far better than American, after all it's where the language US speaks came from.

Intersting .. A couple of things that contradict, which has been pointed out already. Apart from that I think its pretty darn good. Could be the start (or end) of a longer piece and I'd like to see you expand onthe theme.

Mostly Free Verse yes, but to be honest after reading some of the stuff here and some of the, frankly, childish comments I probably won't be bothering to post anymore. BTW I'm not saying your comments are childish, just i've read the top 20 rated poems and to be honest more than half are just plain crap.

Actually all your comments are helpful, I may not agree with you but by leaving these comments you enable me to look and perhaps see things through a new light. In this case I don't agree, but your comments are always appreciated for there honesty.
