lost memories (Other) by ggawrysi

foray into me the birds chirp, my eyes see spring in the doorway, winter's short stay, lost memories behind me. but then who was she? a bitter taste, half nine past three confusing anecdotes, inhaled through a pack of smokes, my mind like a gnarled tree. was it the booze? the weed in the piece? a bad batch of shrooms? the cocaine K-9 police? my mind has thus left me a photo here, what's left to see home movie paradise, camera catching gleaming eyes, the remote sits on my knee. there the lost memory the volume low, my eyes see summer left for fall, blankets of brown leaves sprawl, lost memories behind me.
