Gone (75) (Free verse) by shadowaura

This wind is blowing in my face So cold it freezes my tears I hide my pain with false hate But in truth, I wish you were here When I cried, Seventy-five tears fell when you left After you died, Seventy-five tears fell in utter silence I can remember that day as though it were yesterday The day darkness fell and took you away Now I stoop to drop more tears onto your grave I pray that in the end I will see you again Because of you I'm hoping in eternity And I pray that it will all be okay And when the next seventy-five tears fall in silence, I pray that you will see them and wipe them away...
