Colorado (Free verse) by Voth269

The wind blowing softly through the trees, Carrying a message for the beholder to see. Along with the wind the river calls out, Bringing peace and harmony to the world no doubt. The mountains look so tame yet so wild, Showing off its beauty for miles. The contrast of colors and diversity of plants, Show the riches of the past.

Eye-rays that disintegrate and fill with disease,
And they also allow for the beholder to see.
Out of the river the troglodytes jump out,
Bringing swift death to Gwen from No Doubt.
The mountains look so tame yet so wild,
Filled with the giants that fathered my child.
The contrast of colors from my prismatic blast,
Are not quite enough to stop the raging Tarrasque!
