BREATH (Free verse) by ShaNoN+960317485

In sleep or in wake, in slumber or in hast What can thee not hold for ye dear life? Adolescence to come of age, to time till death What must be that ye never give but ever take? Come shallow while some come deep Why ‘art they both a concern for ye to keep? In cold it makes smoke but none in heat What so dear is it that it ye must for ever try keep?
